team, is the Director of Technology, a key principal providing
project management, consulting and technical expertise so that
clients and partners may plan, design and implement enterprise
information technology, e-commerce, imaging and document management
solutions. He puts his 20-year career as a technologist and
senior manager to work for CMCg clients and partners in the
public sector as well as the following industries:

The principal's experience in designing, developing, integrating
and supporting enterprise applications and systems crosses a
variety of platforms, from mainframes and client/server, to
individual desktop computers. Broad leadership experience is
also held in:

- IT and e-systems integration

- design and implementation of e-systems and enterprise
imaging and document management systems

With his assistance, more than 30 clients have received seamless
integrated client-driven solutions to accomplish the conversion
of paper to image and the integration of electronic documents
with business processes, e-business, e-commerce, e-procurement,
and other advanced technologies.
An example of the principal's versatility was the complete
design of an e-government, e-commerce, and image-enabled system
for a State government in 2000, while concurrently managing
another document imaging statewide technology initiative for
a second State government, with a positive user impact to
more than 10,000 government users.
The key principal previously held positions at American Airlines,
IBM, Image Sciences, and Oracle, with responsibilities for
software product planning, design and development leadership
for a variety of major products.
He has executed imaging, DMS and Workflow product development
for the insurance, banking and finance industries as well
as, participation in the development of a Unix (AIX) operating
system product for IBM. Also, the principal designed and implemented
an Aircraft Inventory and Seat Selection subsystem for American
Airlines marketing support, and has integrated Oracle finance,
accounting and HR with a variety of imaging and DMS solutions,
with advance database technologies.
With aggressive participation in research and writing, The
principal has also published a number of technical papers
and columns as follows: '170 Imaging Systems Integration with
Oracle Financials', Ivory Paper, for Oracle Services, National
Repository, 1994; published 'Document Imaging Factoids', 1995,
for Oracle ASIS practice. Also published 'What is the Internet
and Why is it Important?' a technology article for business
and finance, for La Vida News, Texas, Dec/1997,
The principal holds a degree in Computer Science from Tulsa
Junior College and the University of Tulsa. He holds certificates
of completion from IBM's Research Institute of Technology
(SRI) and was one of the first technologists in the U.S. to
be honored as a Certified Systems Professional by the Association
of Systems Management.
The principal serves his community with participation on the
boards of churches and multiple local small businesses, with
membership in the Hurst-Euless-Bedford Chamber of Commerce,
Arlington Chamber of Commerce and the Project Management Institute
(PMI). In 1998-1999, he was inducted into "Who's Who"
for community leadership, with contributions in business education
on Internet technology and e-commerce. |
